Who we are

What this notice covers

This notice covers the public website at depthcultureartists.com and its forms. If you join Depth Culture, the app at app.depthcultureartists.com has its own privacy notice for account holders, and it applies to everything you do there.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send through our forms. This includes your contact details and anything you include in a message, application, submitted link, or email signup. To keep out spam, our forms run an automated security check. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

What we do with it

We use your information to review and respond to submissions, send receipts or confirmations, send the updates you signed up for, manage your email preferences, and keep the site working safely. When you submit a form, we email a copy of it to the Depth Culture team so we can read it and reply. If you apply and join Depth Culture, we may carry your application details into the app, where the app's privacy notice applies. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Updates by email

If you sign up for updates, we only start sending after you confirm by email. We send news about Depth Culture: the label's releases and renegade event announcements. Every update includes a link to unsubscribe.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the website: Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions, and runs the security check on our forms; Resend delivers our emails; and Google Workspace hosts our team's email, where copies of submissions arrive. They process information only as needed to provide those services, under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We normally keep form submissions, including the copies emailed to our team, for up to 12 months. Unconfirmed email signups are deleted after seven days, and confirmed signup preferences are reviewed after 12 months. We may keep information longer if we are actively working together or the law requires it. We may keep a record of an unsubscribe request so we can honor it.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in any update to stop receiving them. To ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, email hello@depthcultureartists.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
