Forms are not agreements

A form receipt only means we received your submission. Submitting a form does not create a management, label, artist-development, booking, employment, partnership, or agency relationship. It does not guarantee a response or outcome. Any work together requires separate written confirmation or an agreement.

Artist development

Artist development is a paid service, separate from signed management. We review applications for fit and capacity. Package pages are summaries. Scope, price, term, cancellation, costs, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before payment or work begins.

Submitted materials

You keep ownership of material you submit. You give us permission to open submitted links and review the material so we can respond. You must have the right to share anything you send. Label submissions must be one finished, unreleased track. We do not accept AI-generated music.

Site materials

The artists, creators, or Depth Culture Artists own the music, images, names, marks, writing, and design shown on this site. Do not copy, distribute, modify, or use them without the relevant owner's permission, except where the law allows.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, interfere with the site or its security, impersonate someone, submit harmful material, or use automated tools to send abusive or deceptive forms. We may block access or remove submissions that violate these rules.

Changes and outside services

Site content, programs, packages, events, artists, and features may change. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. SoundCloud players and external links are governed by those services' own terms and privacy practices.
